   For anyone using mod manager, what worked for me was opening the zip/rar file, deleting the "manifest.json" file inside and then adding the mod  to mod manager. Or you could extract the content of the mod, then compress just the .patch file and add it to mod manager.

   After a lot of testing I still can't figure out why I can't get this to work, despite it being the only mod on my list. Cool mod tho.

      Just put the zip file from the download page into arsenal on a fresh install and it works fine. How are you deploying the mod?

      Opened HD2MM, deleted every other mod off the list as well as purging anything left over before having an empty list. Added BIG SHOT,  deployed BIG SHOT alone and it did not work.  Is Arsenal a necessity?
