NOTE ON WEAPON AUDIO. WEAPON FILES SHARE ASSETS WITH EACH OTHERS, DONE BY DEVS. LOAD ORDER MATTERS. WHEN TESTED, SOME AUDIO LEAKS INTO ANOTHER WHEN MOD AUDIO ARE IN SEPARATE FILES. I PERSONALLY PLAY WITH 'STAR WARS WEAPON PACKAGE' BEING IN LOWER POSITION IN HD2 MOD MANAGER, and it works just fine to me.
here is video of audio working with Star Wars weapon package-file
20.7 updated Liberator audio so it might remove the issues with Stalwart + MG43 audio mods not playing (since liberator file shares audio assets with those). Recommend trying load order -Star Wars weapon package -Star Wars weapon Liberators V3 (lower, overwrite)
Can you return the standalone Boba Fett's voice for Voice 3? It's terrible that I'm forced to use the other voices included in that pack when I have other voice mods I need to use for Voice 1, 2, & 4.
Or at least create Din Jarrin's voice for Voice 3?
in case of stupidity, you know you can overwrite that by putting other audio mod below mine in HD2 Mod manager?
When I put files separately, people whine after single all-in-one files. When I do so, people pester me with "canYOUDoSEpArateFilEs"
Also will not do changes to current voices. I do this s#*! on my free time and for some reason decided to share them for others to use, but extra work, I will not take from these.
"it is terrible that I'm are forced" well no longer~
PA / Mission control / Eagle-1 clonetrooper voicemods exist. Ask the modders to update them, I'm not interested using my time to make something that is already been made, rather do new stuff (atm doing Star Wars automaton to separatist droid army audio conversion details)
Question for the author, do you happen to know which archive IDs pertain to the Exosuit weaponry? Better yet, would you be willing to (or at least allow me to) add Assault Cannon, Vengeance Launcher, etc audio for the Exosuit weaponry in your Dreadnought replacer?
"do you happen to know which archive IDs pertain to the Exosuit weaponry" well yes how else I could mod this exosuit?
"add Assault Cannon, Vengeance Launcher etc" if you have not done any audio modding prior, you would surprised that nothing sounds exactly the same in the game than in files. I have tried at least 5 different assault cannon sounds and all sound very bad, so I ended up with current one.
I would appreciate not tampering with my files. I have used roughly 200 hours with these audio mods, tinkering investigating and painfully play-testing until audio works, and sharing then public, but not for reason that someone else starts to change one file and then take the credit for it.
in case you can provide mp3/wav files, can try. Assault cannon can say for sure IS gimmicky and quaranteed wont sound same as from the source the file is from, since assault cannon in game is in three parts: cannon windup spin, singe TA-sounds, and cannon end spin sounds. missile launcher is different story.
BECAUSE MODELS ARE NOT RELEASED IN PUBLIC, HELOISE HAS RELEASED THEM IN MODDING DISCORD AS BETA FOR TESTING PURPOSES, IS WHY. ALSO DONT POKE HERE AT STUFF THAT DOESNT DIRECTLY RELATE TO MY AUDIO MODS.
Hello, I love the mods and appreciate the work that you do. I believe I have found a conflict between your Star Wars Liberator mod and your Star Wars weapon pack mod.
Which ever mod is lower in the load order is the one that uses your modded sounds, while the other one will use the default sounds. This affects both liberators and the stalwart, MMG, and HMG, however the senator sound works no matter of the load order. I tested this with only these two mods running. I also tested this with the SEAF clone troopers blasters mod in every possible load order position, and the results remained consistent.
I know nothing about coding so I have no idea how hard or impossible this is to fix, but I wanted to let you know since you have made so many cool game changing mods. Thank you again for making all this work public!
I dont have issues, using same files as posted here, in this order in my HD2 mod manager 1.2.1.0
Star Wars Voice 1 2 3 4 Replacer Star Wars TV audio Star Wars Audio package_1 FTL Jump Pelican Terminal Star Wars Autocannon audio Star Wars Mission Control Imperial Star Wars SEAF clonetroopers with blasters Star Wars EXO AT RT Star Wars Enemy Bug audio Star Wars Enemy Automaton audio Star Wars weapon package Star Wars Guard Dog Star Wars EAGLE1 ARC 170 Star Wars Liberator
here's a sample of me using liberator with SEAF clone troopers and having functional HMG audio aswell https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqfTcr8wJU4
Interesting. I just did a fresh download of all of the mods you listed, placed them in the same order, and had the same results I had before. I am using HD2 mod manager 1.2.1.0 and verified the integrity of my files.
Here is a video showing my mod manager order, me launching and only having liberator audio mods active, me switching the mod load order, and then me launching and only having stalwart and MMG audio mods active. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NxSZmtlqmI
I have no expectation for you to fix the issue if you can't recreate it yourself, but again just thought I should let you know. Maybe this is somehow specific to me in a weird way, I just don't know how. Anyway, thank you again for the mods!
