    I found a fix for this mod, just open the mod file and you"ll find 

    " 7c221cf5b12213ac"
    &
    "7c221cf5b12213ac.stream"

    Rename the first one to include ".patch_0"
    & rename the 2nd one to include "patch_0.stream"

    They should look like so 

    7c221cf5b12213ac.patch_0
    7c221cf5b12213ac.patch_0.stream

    After that just add it to your mod manager and you're good to go.

    (Also make sure to put Teto 1st before any democracy officer or mission control mods, otherwise they will conflict.)
