If you were a veteran of the First Galactic War, you might remember this. It was your most heroic moment during the Final Judgment.
The extraction music was replaced with the soundtrack from Helldiver 1 extraction.
Especially the results section — how it works. If you successfully extract (when Pelican-1 flies away), it plays the success theme, regardless of whether you completed the mission.
But if you run out of reinforcement budget and your team is wiped out, it plays the failure theme — whether or not you completed the mission or you didn't made it on board.
Added STANDBY SCREEN and CREDITS soundtracks from Helldivers 1, remember replaced the last update if you want to install this.
Reminder: Due to limitations in the arrowhead-based coding system, if you require additional HD1 combat music, please download the HD2 Audio Modder yourself. Then, import both the combat music and extraction music mods and write a new standalone mod patch. Otherwise, compatibility issues may arise, causing either side's music to fail to play properly. Since I do not have permission or authorization to use the other mod creator's combat music mod, please resolve this matter privately on your own.
Open the Helldivers 2 Audio Modder > File > Open From File Explorer > Combat theme patch and Extraction theme patch > Write a patch
