I did try to install this with HD2 mod manager, but when I dive in the game, the democracy officer got muted. no voice at all. I'm also made sure that my game voice is in english version.
I got swamped by custom orders so if there's no one ask about that, I don't have time to do it. Well, there's a funny dialogue in this mod, It's like Wis'adel saying the F word but get censored by radio channel automatically and she surprised about it, so if we remove the censorship, will cause this dialogue with no logic
Either way, I thank you for the mods, I think I use about eveyone of them, but I wanted to start making harder ones because I don't see a whole lot of people doing it, thanks again and I hope to see more ENG ones or a revisit on some older ones :3
I think there're some tutorials on the internet, I'm from China so those tutorials I learned are all Chinese, I can't help you with SoVITS, but good luck on your creating, thanks for your support
