Changes the LUT of the Liberator Penetrator to the color of the normal Liberator

Changes the LUT of the Liberator Penetrator to the color of the normal Liberator, black, grey, and yellow.
The scope is unaffected with this mod, I just took it off for better screenshots
This is a LUT edit, not a mesh edit of the Liberator Penetrator, so it can edit the color of other models if the textures on the gun if they are not baked onto it.
