That is quite a rabbit hole, in short this mod "replaces" the 3 id's in the 18235e0c9ec0e636 soundbank that are no longer there but game still process that for some reason. The way I got it to work was to open modded .patch_0 file directly in older version of AudioTools (new one doesn't do that for some reason, 1.16 or 1.16.1 should work), so I could see just the content of the patch, just the foley_player sound bank. Then replaced all three of those id's inside: 994049575 793338495 634752461 and write patch again. It is very much a band-aid solution but works for now so yeah.
I forgot to double check it with windows mod manager, version with fixed manifest should be up in a moment. Thanks for heads up and sorry for the trouble
