   What is the difference between personal only, outside only and personal/outside

      Personal changes only YOUR super destroyer, outside changes all OTHER superdestroyers but NOT YOURS. Personal and Outside changes both YOUR super destroyer AND the OTHER superdestroyers.

   it may be just me, but using the "Personal only" "stops my game (not crashing fully) more than using "personal/outside". Is the personal only using more than that somehow?
