About this mod
Changes pretty much all of the voice lines of the on ship Democracy Officer to Zap Brannigan lines. I pulled from a pool of roughly 100 lines and tried to preserve the context of the original line. For example, when abandoning or failing a mission, he will say something to fit the context.

Includes both idle voice lines and interact voice lines with the democracy officer. Maximum Zap.
