Oh, it's a test file I use. Since I don't know which SFX is which, I replace EVERY SFX with some random meme SFX and run a mission to see which sounds will play out in-game. Technically, it's the same as any Audio mod and it won't make your computer explode or anything. But it's mostly Chinese and is very noisy, so it might not be suitable for you.
