Only way i am aware of to get them to work together would be to merge them using the HD2 audio modding tool. You basically import one mod (for example, lofi ship ambience), and then import the other mod (for example; free bird descent) on top of that, and write a new patch.
Kinda has a few steps for getting it to work, but i'd recommend joining the modding discord for a better rundown on that. https://discord.gg/ZwjPaZNwH7
Have you considered making this a complete overhaul like the Mass Effect Music Mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/1673. As the sound track is an adaptation of the in-game music, it should fit right into the original scenarios right?
I will say, having it restart after every mission and listening to only one of the songs is a shame. Is there no way to separate the songs and have them be randomly selected from a playlist?
Sadly at the moment i dont believe its possible. Audio modding currently works by just replacing a file with another one, so best you can do atm is 1 song pretty much.
The only way I could think of (with having no coding experience) would be to literally put all the songs together as one song. But I don't know if there's a limit on the song length or file size
Is that possable change other more misson bgm? like changing flag misson's bgm to Super Earth Anthem(0:32:01), and the resident background music in misson progress? I'd love to listen these music will shotting bugs&robot&Illuminate. It's a long music video, and it's a pity to use only a short piece of it.
Limit on ship ambience song size is about 3:36 due to the game being scripted to loop the song after that duration. So only way to have multiple would be to squeeze them into that timeframe.

Still a great mod regardless.
