A simple mod that replaces the Liberty's Herald cape with a "helldiverized" flag of Caesar's Legion from Fallout: New Vegas.

Welcome all, this is my second mod, so I felt I wanted to make something close to me! This is the flag for the Caesar's Legion faction in Fallout NV in helldiver colors, feel free to crush the aliens wearing it! For just as in the Legion, we are bound as one; a twig alone may bend and fall but bound as one we conquer all!
