Replaces the Mission Control voice with the Repubic Mission Control from the 2005 Battlefront 2.

Intended to aid the Star Wars Galactic Map Overhaul Mod.
I'm not super happy with it, but it's functional.
Misson Control is the voice that will play when calling down stratagems and occasionally give you warnings.
Not to be confused with the Democracy Officer.
Always remember to update your modloader.
Version 0.1 Notes:
I added a radio effect to the voice prior to importing it into the game. Unbeknownst to me, the game does that post-recording. So there is double static on the voice lines.
If your happy with that. Great!
If your not happy with that. I'll revisit this project at a later date when I have more free time.

Yes I plan on making options for all four factions from the 2005 Battlefront 2.
