About this mod
Changes firing sounds to SCAR-H (Mk.17 Mod 0) from Insurgency: Sandstorm for both R-63 Diligence and R-63CS Diligence Counter Sniper.

I saw the SCAR-H mod for R-63CS over here and thought it'd be a good idea to make respective sounds for this weapon too, so here they are.
The mixing on these might not be the top notch, but at least I tried matching it to the original SFX so that it sounds somewhat decent from each perspective.

How to install manually:
Extract and paste into game file location, which normally is in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data
If you have other mods that modify the same file you'll need to rename patch_0 to patch_X where X is a number that matches the mod's ID.
For example, if your game folder already has 2404fa21fe49c32d.patch_0 and 2404fa21fe49c32d.patch_1, you should rename this mod's file to patch_2, otherwise go ahead and don't do any renamings, just put the file into game folder and you're good.
