Replaces the audio for the Platform Rise to Victory Fanfare music from Final Fantasy 10.

-Replaces the audio for the Platform Rise(the song that plays when you get back to your ship and everyone emotes and such) to Victory Fanfare music from Final Fantasy 10.
-I don't think this will work with any mod that also changes the 2e24ba9dd702da5c which is used for Extraction and Descent audios, among others. It might work if the .patch_0 is changed to .patch_1, .patch_2 etc, but am not sure since this is my first time doing this
