Recent Patch 01.002.101 broke this mod audio. So you will need to update it soon. Only the las-5 in the mod still working properly. the only broken one is the las-98
Passing this along through comments instead of bugs as it might not be a bug but a client side issue, I will have other people test to see if they experience the same problem this evening to identify if its systemic or client based.
For now though, when I install this mod via the mod manager it has a quirky little error where after the mod name "Biboo LAS-98" in the staging folder (C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Local\Helldivers2ModManager\Mods) there is a space. This causes an error that prevents the mod manager from starting after the mod is installed unless you delete it from the staging folder, which of course means you then need to reinstall the mod again. The process for deleting the file is also rather convoluted as windows says it can not find the folder when trying to delete it, again due to the space at the end of the files name, requiring you to find the folder through 7-zip and rename it to something else, which then allows you to delete the folder in windows. My instinct tell me this could just be a quirk with mod manager but it may not hurt for you to double check this isn't an issue with the mod itself or, more specifically, the json file.
Ahh because this information is pertinent to an issue like this, I am running mod manager 1.2.0.1. so chances of encountering this error could be more or less likely with other versions of the manager.
I have noticed the issue already and it is both MMs and my fault. Have you downloaded the new version yet? 1.2.1 of the mod file should've fixed that issue. You can see if you have the newest installed if the modname in MM is LAS-98 AND LAS-5.
The problem was the slash '/' character in the modname which caused the MM to create an incorrect folder for the mod as slashes are not allowed to be used in file names and thus crashes. A new version for MM (1.2.1.0) has been released which prevents the crash from happening (but won't display the mod after restart or prevents the broken folder from being created, this is still a bug and should be fixed by them lol).
So I did check and update to 1.2.1 and this has seemed to resolve the issue. The name still has a space at the end inside the staging folder but that does not prevent MM from starting anymore. I am not sure if there might be any residual effects of the error but I suppose I will see shortly as I will have time to test this evening. I am sure it will be fine though.

I might do this later today or tomorrow.
