Gives a low quality-ish filter to the voices to make it sound like they're talking through the helmet's speakers rather than a bucket.

Wanted the Helldivers to sound like they're speaking through a crappy mic in their helmet. Think how the characters from Red vs blue or the Clones from Star Wars sounded like when talking through their helmet's speakers.
UPDATED!
Updated for the latest version of the game that was dropped in July 15th. Now all in one.
Use a mod manager to choose your language.
I recommend using HD2ModManager OR HD2 Arsenal to install.

HD2 Arsenal (<-Personally recommended as it's more up-to-date and has some quality of life features that HD2MM doesn't have. HD2MM version 2 is currently being worked on and hope for it to also get similar quality of life features)
I also recommend pairing this mod with Helmet Filter Remover
I know, sounds contradictory, but this mod turns off the existing voice filter that's already in-game, making my audio even more emphasized and crunchy.
Now Combined mod with Helmet Filter Remover under optional:
With permission from FlolfyBat, I added a combined version of my mod (English only) with the Helmet Filter Removal.
Removes that existing vanilla filter that makes the voices sound like they're speaking through a bucket.
Again, many thanks for FlolfyBat for allowing me to combine the mods for compatibility purposes.
