Added a combine-style voice filter to all Helldiver voices. Not completely accurate to the ones from Half-Life, but think of it as an in between of the cold-professionalism of the combine and the gung-ho attitude of the Helldivers.
Since the update back in 2/4/2025, a lot of audio mods ended up being broken, so I used this opportunity to create an ordinal variant for each of the voices as well as updating the grunt voices.
Eagle-1 APF voice is still working.
I've also added pelican-1 as an ordinal.
Democracy-officer is a tricky one. Probably might not bother with his, unless anyone has suggestion on what type of voice he can use. Think using an AI-voice of Dr. Breen might be a good replacer, but I don't have such means to do. Hell not just Dr. Breen, maybe Kleiner or Eli will also fit.
Future plans: Other than working on different languages and variants, will also re-organize the downloads to use the manifest provided by the HD2MM to keep it organized.
