Replaces Eagle-1 VO with a British sounding pilot.
A good portion of the VO lines have been modified, and can be found in the Excel image in the photo gallery. While some of the voice lines have some UK quips, I took cautious care to ensure that the Voicelines wouldn't become overbearingly stereotypical.
