Could you make a version of the standalone BtL mod that is louder than the current, its very hard to hear over all the sounds of war. Thanks!

Sure, I'll make a louder version but with the way the game is, it might still be drowned out by other sounds because of game design.

Thanks, it's a much more simple process once you join the modding discord. It has many resources and guides which make modding easier. Here's the link. Helldivers 2 Modding Discord If you need assistance just ask in the audio modding channel.

this seems really cool but im put off by the ai voice when entering/exiting the exosuit, could you make a version without it and just have the bgm?

Sure! I figured the AI voice wouldn't suit everyone. I'll make a different version soon with just the music

And done, uploaded a new version. Now you can enjoy Vergil's epic theme without AI Amiya's voice. `⎚⩊⎚´ -✧ Let me know if you encounter any issues.

I was actually looking for ways to add some sort of AI voice to the exosuit, but this isnt quite what I personally want out of it. Is there any way I could use this mod as a foundation to work off of and replace the current AI voice with a different one? And perhaps a way to disable the whole "music while firing" thingamajig?

I replaced the audio files for when a helldivers enters and exits the exosuit and added a voice on top of the original sounds. You can change these two if you want to add a different voice or even sound. The archive has various audio files that the game uses, there's a lot such as the exosuit stomping, it being destroyed, it firing at enemies, etc. You can add voices or sounds to those as well but they might overlap with each other when the actions are done simultaneously. There's hundreds of these files. With the music, I have no idea how to stop it while the exosuit is firing as I haven't experimented enough with it yet.

Threw it in the HD2 Mod Manager, neither part seems to work for either exosuit. Tried lowering and raising audio.

Hello, the mod is for the EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit. I downloaded the mod and tested it to see if I uploaded the correct file and it's working for me. Did you press deploy after adding it to the mod manager? I like to press purge first and then deploy to make sure everything is installed correctly. If that doesn't work, do you have any other exosuit audio mods that might interfere with this one?

I just tested it again and now I can see the issue. At certain occasions the mod doesn't trigger.

Sorry, I did some little test about this mod. It seems the mode works on my EXO-49 Emancipator Exosuit instead of EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit. Are you sure you are putting the right patch. This is a good mod and I also want to ask how you edit the file so you can have a log in voice and a log out voice. I want to change another song to make a new mod. Thank you very much.

Update: At some point the bgm didn't show up, my theory is that the noise you replace did not actually be used in all the situation. At some point the exosuit might use another kind of noise instead of this one, thus there will be no music. The same thing happened in Amiya voice.

Thank you for testing it and giving summaries. Perhaps I should have tested it more. I only fought against the automaton while using the mod. Perhaps did you fight against a different faction? The audio that I changed is 304041501, which is a whirring sound occurring in the exosuit. Changing it allowed me to add music. I should have tested the Emancipator exosuit also. I'm surprised the mod worked for it as well since the patch that I changed was labelled for the Patriot exosuit. The mod works for both exosuits for me after testing again. I'm guessing they have shared audio parts.

Cause I just found the flag music is different for illuminate and others, I did not miss test the exosuit in different factions. They all give some runable examples so I dont think faction is the problem. Second, I'm editing my own loggin voice, but it never being triggered. I want to know if it is because the bgm must have muted at the beginning in order to trigger the loggin voice.

I changed the powering up and powering down audio which are 2 different files from the music one I mentioned to add in Amiya's voice.

I just updated the mod to use both exosuit archives changing the same 3 file IDs.
