Changes the audio of the Constitution's gunshots to that of the Ghost's C-10 rifle from StarCraft.

My first working(?) mod, it's a bit slapped together; I slightly tweaked the sounds so it's not exactly the same audio file for every single shot, but probably not enough that you'll really notice. Tried to balance it to the default gun's volume but the C-10's sound is just more intense than the Constitution's.
No, I don't know why I did this for the Constitution before any of the other snipers or DMRs that people actually use.
To install, put 68aa9a343aa4333c.patch_0 into steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data. To uninstall, just delete the file.
