3/24/2025: Apologies with the lack of updates, I've been busy with life. With the Version 1.17 of the HD2 Audio Modder fully released and some issues fixed thanks to the wonderful people in the Helldivers 2 Modding Discord, I believe I'll be able to fix the mod and update the files later this week. I'm planning to add another version of Hikari as well. In the mean time, modder Fepipazo released a fixed version of the mod so I'll leave the link here: https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/3797?tab=description. Though I haven't tested it yet to see if it works. :D
02/06/2024: The recent update broke some music mods. It changed the structure for some audio and reorganized them. Currently working on how to fix it. This might take a while.
I am having an issue where the theme will play during extract, but after about 20 seconds it will revert back to the default extract theme. Is there something I can do about it? As far as other music goes, I have something for hellpod deployment and something for the flag raising
do you use this mod in multiplayer where someone else has an extract music mod too? I was doing some thinking that this could be the reason because in the 20 seconds I did get the theme, they did not (they use a ODST theme, not PGR). Then when my time was up their theme came back...
Amazing choice of music, makes me wanna play PGR again. Hurt my brain figuring out how to combine this with the other music mods I have and now it works beautifully with no problems
i know you said you were working on it, but it indeed would be epic to see the regular version of hikari and other punishing gray raven songs, and even other vanguard sound songs because they cooked for GF2. I know its probably complicated tho
I haven't tried it yet and from I read, modding combat music is really complicated. I'll have a go at it once someone completely figures it out. (￣～￣;)
Hello. I installed this mod using the HD2 mod manager, but when extracting, it would play the PGR soundtrack, but will switch back to the regular extraction music. The same goes for the stats screen.
I am new to HD2 modding scene and would like some help :)
If you're using this mod with other mods that changes the music, it causes this issue. This is because the music mods use the same archive containing the music files and will replace the files of the other depending on the load order. Well at least that's what I gathered reading from the Helldivers 2 Modding discord server and working on this mod. Not an expert on this :P
If you want to use this mod, either use it without the other music mods or use the hd2 audio modder to combine all the music mods you're using all into one single mod so that they don't interfere with each other.
