      to my knowledge, the mod is still in working order, considering AH hasn't pushed any new updates since it was fixed.

    Do all the HMGs share the same sound files? if not, is it possible to make this mod JUST for the FRV HMG?

      Yes, unfortunately the archive for the FRV's machine gun is the same HMG as the others.

      Changing one of them changes all of them.
