I have the game on gog and it doesn't have a WindowsNoEditor folder inside the config folder. I read on steam that WindowsNoEditor is a steam thing, but I'm not sure if that is true or not. Does anyone know where the corresponding folder would be for gog?
Delete or rename NinjaTheory_Logo.bik, ThirdParty_Logo.bik, ThirdParty_Logo_ONION.bik, UE4_Logo.bik, Qloc_Logo_4k.bik, and Qloc_Logo_1080.bik
Not sure how to make this an actual mod like others have done for other games cuz i'm new here. The best i can do is leave this here with my comment lol.

developers that enable motion blur and don't put an option in to disable have a special place in hell
