I dunno about you guys, but I've had a fever since I got tired of the vanilla soundtrack - and the only prescription is a badass classical music score, featuring a lot of aggressive wartime music with some serious gusto (and some peacetime songs with some moderate gusto). So I made this mod for myself, using only what I consider to be the best, most appropriate compositions for HoI4, since none of the other classical music mods really fit with the militaristic vibe of the game in my opinion. Hopefully you guys will enjoy it as much as I do.

This mod replaces the vanilla soundtrack with a larger soundtrack featuring (among many others):
-Beethoven for everyone
- Wagner and Strauss for the Axis
-Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev for the Comintern
-Holst, Debussy, Berlioz and Mahler for the Allies

I did extensive research to try to find the very best available recordings of each track (often ripping from live performances by excellent conductors like Dudamel) - this is what really separates my mod from the other available classical music mods. If you have ears you should be able to easily tell the difference this makes.

Many of these compositions are well-known classics that you will probably be familiar with, especially if you watch a lot of films. Others are a bit less well-known, but (in my view) quite fitting for the game. I did extensive research to try to find the best available recordings of each track.

Recently updated with a much larger soundtrack - I will continue adding tracks periodically until I have assembled a large enough soundtrack that you won't hear any one song too often.

This should be compatible with virtually any mod that doesn't affect the in-game music.
