Pretty essential for modders, who have to restart the game a million times.
Installation:
Requires BepInEx to load the DLL, you can't add this to the game's internal mod stuff, it needs BepInEx.
TLDR; unzip BepInEx release into game folder, unzip mod into \Dust to the End\BepInEx\plugins (works with or without subfolder)
