I've downloaded the file, replaced it in the reach maps folder (backing up the original), and started with anti-cheat disabled. After selecting the map corvette and starting firefight, the game goes back to the custom firefight menu instead of loading the game. Is this potentially due to the season 6 update?
I'm not sure what the issue is, but I've got the same problem where I try to load the map and gametype but just get sent back to the menu. I know for certain I've got anti cheat disabled. Maybe I need a new install of Halo reach.
Think I figured it out, I did not have multiplayer content installed for Reach. I installed the multiplayer component and it works now. I guess firefight needs the multiplayer component to actually work.
Actually upon review it's not working anymore. Perhaps it is an incompatibility issue between the mods I have installed.
I can confirm that it's related to campaign mods because I experienced the same issue. It was solved when I reinstalled the normal version of the campaign.
Are there any specific instructions to play besides placing the map file in my game? Once I go to firefight and load up corvette it refuses to actually start and sends me back to the menu.
