  eh not really development hell means its been through a bunch of delays like cyberpunk 2077, mighty number 9, and duke nukem forever halo infinite is just one delay

  It's because the modified backround is overlaping with the main menu audio. You can fix this by disabling the menu music in options & career. Be advised: the modified music is a bit louder than the default.

You should do another version with infinites music in the trailer that they showed for the title screen
