    Hey do you mind me asking how to edited the S3Dpak, imeta and fmeta files for making CEA assets appear in levels?

      Hi sorry for the late answer,you need to use some tools,and they are:Saber Model Injector,this tool let you open the s3dpak files and extract the texture here the istructions:SELECT A FILE YOU WANT TO GET THE s3dpak TEMPLATE FROM C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\halo1\prebuild\paks EXTRACT THE FILE OF INTEREST FROM THE LIST WITH EXTRACT RECURSIVE
      RE-OPEN SMI SELECT A FILE IN WHICH YOU WANT TO PUT THE MODEL WITH INJECT RECURSIVE
      SAVE THE FILE WITH SAVE AS AND REPLACE THE FILE
      GO TO EDIT AND BUILD IMETA AND REPLACE THE FILE,when you extract a texture it will be on a folder for inject the texture on a another s3dpak.file you need tu select the folder that contain the texture not the file inside of the folder.Another is the Saber Tex mod:this tool let you select the texture to compile the imeta files,you need to check the boxs of the textures you want to use in the level,to help you find the correct texure you can open two process of the tool and select another imeta file to see what texture it have;here the istruction:SELECT FILE OPEN,OPEN THE inplace file that you want to use to insert texture,there are two files one called inplace1 and inplace2 on both are there texture of halo ce and anniversary in the inplace1 there are more specified texture like faces,elite detail...ecc in the inplace2 there are only halo ce anniversary but it dosent have all the anniversary textures,you need to search on both of them,once you have selected the inplace file in your C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection\halo1\prebuild\paks select edit and BIND IMETA THIS WILL LOAD ALL THE TEXTURE FROM THE IMETA,BUT IT DOESNT OPEN THAT FILE IT WILL CREATE ANOTHER IMETA BY TAKEN THE TEXTURE FROM THE IMETA YOU CHOICE,ONCE YOU HAVE DONE YOU CAN START TO SELECT THE BOXS WHIT THE TEXTURE YOU WANT TO USE IN THE LEVES,ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED SELECT EDIT BUILD IMETA AND THATS IT!     Hello this mod doesn't work anymore, I have installed the files in the correct location and when ever I start the mission from the "built in" menu I just get freezing and it doesn't load, I don't understand what is going on? I have tired restarting from checkpoint or waiting for 5 minuets but it does not load. Anyone else have this problem?

      Check followings points :

      • your game must be in english
      • subtitles must be turned off
      • all dlc and optionnal content must be installed

      Problay there is a conflit whit other mod form the workshop,or you have installed both version of this mod(steam workshop and this version),have you installed all the ipak and imeta files?If you need other help ask me

    HI GUYS! here a update on the situation,I have completed the 50% of the level,fixed bugs reported on my list,added some stuff,and some balance changes.Now that i have lost my job i have much more free time to work on the mod.For a engine limitation i cant create a better experience whit  the new vehicle,but dont worry i found (i think) a valid solution that was first idea on this vehicle.

    HI GUYS! i want to share this update whit you, from last week i start my new work(real life) and i dont have some much free time like first,but dont worry i continue my work on this as always,and i want to tell that im working on the new level,that will have a new vehicle driveable!(not created by me or something like a modded vehicle,but one that is in the game).For those that ask,im cecking your comments guys to see how can you help me to improve this mod,really thank you.

    So here is my feedback for the level 343 guilty spark :

    • After surviving the chamber of the first flood encounter there is a checkpoint when you leave the room, I when straight back in the room but got locked down, the dorr won't open (I just had to load last checkpoint and don't go back in the room)
    • when you have to fall back and going backward with the elevator, the orange marker on the elevator commands stayed even after using it
    • that would made headhake but it would be nice if the covenant that you save follow you during the level, like a survivng company (have no knowledge in IA so I don't know if it is possible)
    • Tip error in the string "Eleminate flood in |ach room"
    • had 3 fatal error escaping with the swordmen near the end, i stopped at the 3rd error
    • I never liked this level but your version forces the player to fight the flood with covenant weapon

      -its strange a put a trigger that teleport players inside after a few seconds but i will test this,i will check the marker,makeing ai follow You is very annoing,in this level is impossible,in anniversary a need to rebuilt all the hud messages whit the new strings because this fucking saber engine is very trash because it show you the strings based on the original position,Halo mcc have a very bad memory level and cause the crash of the entire pc,i will check this.

      The teleports worked fine but the door is still open so I went in, then the dorr closed and I was locked in

      And understand, IA is a pain in the ***

      Do you mod with Assembly or HCEEK ?

      We previously talked about the sword, Ruby made it and sharded it (but it will prevent the use of HCEA) : Ruby's REBALANCED Halo Combat Evolved

      I mod whit HCEEK,i can make sword to be able to use but i dont have and i dont know how to make 1 person skin.

    Last time I played your mod it was the first released of pillar of autumn.

    Today I just played AotCR and you really stepped up, here are my thoughts :

    • would be fun to have the sword
    • would be fun to have the fuel rod gun used by grunts
    • first person hands are master chief ones
    • the grenade throw has a delay
    • human vehicles are not driveable
    • will you make a special HUD ?
    • ennemy scorpion aims is insane
    • ennemy shotgun damage is insane
    • second wraith on ice should face a marine with a rocket to have a priority target and dodge rockets
    • pelican crashes is great (MC campaign feeling) but you still can flip it like it was not destroyed
    • first wraith on the ice is great (MC campaign feeling)
    • last wraith (the one facing a tons of marines) should face a marine with rocket laucnher, that would gie a priority target and rockets dodging
    • there is a wreckage of ghost which is drivable (in the last wraith zone)
    • there is a wreckage of banshee which is flipable (in the last wraith zone)
    • marines with plasma weapon is a great idea
    • the last ennemy is a great encounter, I thought I was supposed to die but in the end I survived

      Ludantes thank you for playing and for the support;for the sword i will try to make it usable for the next level, and i will add the fuel rod grunts;i dont know how to create a modded elite hands or a custom hud because their require other tools,for now i dont know how to change their aim accurancy,
      for the shotgun marine i can change the damage i will add this to my mod program,i can easy make human vehicles driveable but i want that this mod give you the enemy pov in total but only for the this,the rocket marine is a great idea,the first time i want give they some weapons that normaly dont use but i dont know how,now i can i will add this to my mod program,for the pelican crash and the banshee i dont know how can i make it "non interable",for the ghost i leave them driveable;really thank you for this comment,from the first moment i start to do my mod,i think that can be a person like you that can notice this little things;for the next level i will add a non-usable vehicle to be usable.

      I would be EXTREMELYinterested in the tags of the grunt fuel rod gun if you make it (and also interested in the tags of the sword)
      The grunt fuel rod gun have a lot of similarities with the plasma_cannon (named Fuel rod gun in multiplayer game) but it is a charging weapon just like the plasma pistol. The first person model is very poor/ugly but functionnal, so it does not require the use of other tools than the editing kit.

      For the rocket marine : do you mean that it is (by default) not possible for a marine to equip a rocket launcher ?

      I'm very glad you appreciated my comment, I do this kind of feedback when I feel that there is a tons of work behind a mod so I think it is the least I can do. I mod a very very little bit (on a HCE version of the plasma_cannon in Halo 2 engine, because this is my favorite weapon) and I know modding is very challenging.

      In HCE campaign I dislike 343 guilty spark level (and the library) but I'll try your version and give a feedback in the upcoming days. The problem with this kind of feedback is there is a lot of criticism so it may be perceived as ungrateful but it's not.
