Global Changes
Decreased heroic damage scale to 1.15 (was 1.2)
Decreased legendary damage scale to 1.2 (was 1.6)
Decreased heroic burst separation to 0.7 (was 0.9)
Decreased legendary burst separation to 0.45 (was 0.5)
Made all ally damage values 1
Increased blood decal size and decay time
