I'm currently downloading this map and intending to mod it to have AI, it seems like it would be incredibly fun and I don't have friends to play it with. I will not be posting it though, as this isn't my map and I don't have permission from the creator.
That said, the creator should definitely make an AI-supported version. I'm sure they could do it better than I could lol.
This really needs the bases to send out units and vehicles. Maybe even a vulture and scarab. It would be super awesome if someone could make a halo wars gamemode with capturable outposts/bases and supplies or something I've always wanted to play an fps version of halo wars.
Wow man this is a seriously impressive mod. The possibilities of Halo modding just keep getting better and better. I am more hyped about what you guys make than 343 themselves lol. Keep up the amazing work man.
Seriously, it's been 13 years and 4 months since the original Halo Wars released and I've wanted to drive the Locust ever since! Thank you, my inner child is happy. I love that the ported content still has the graphical fidelity of the original game it was ported from too. Wouldn't it be pretty badass if there was a battle raging so intense, that the retriever sentinel turned around and started leveling the playing field? Lol! Locusts Vs. Scorpion tanks and then the air comes to get some and the Cobras and Goblins, followed by everything else and all of a sudden, some crazy music track from a Halo game starts playing like there's gonna be trouble and you see the retriever angling in to lay down a medicinal ass whooping and everything goes flying as it drops a bomb and lasers all the survivors? It would at least make a cool Easter egg you have to admit.
