Cursed Halo 3 - 1.2


:: REQUIREMENTS ::
• Halo: The Master Chief Collection (Season 8 update required)
• The game must be launched with Anti-Cheat Disabled


:: FEATURES ::
• All nine missions of Halo 3 campaign overhauled, or underhauled. You decide.
• Chaotic changes to every (or almost every) weapon in the H3 sandbox
• Various different uncomfortable model changes to your favorite characters
• Vehicle sandbox ENHANCED
• All changes visible in cutscenes, so grab your popcorn


:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF ::
• All edits performed using Assembly editing tools via XboxChaos modding community
• Mod is not affiliated with original Cursed Halo creator, InfernoPlus, but definitely inspired heavily by


:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
• Various weapons (Meganum, Quick Scope, Sticky Rifle) fire twice due to firing behavior changes with the Sniper Rifle. This may not be fixable with the current sandbox design.
• Loads of objects are big unintentionally (I know, weird right?) and it's due to the Spike Grenade mode size increase. This has been tweaked on Crow's Nest, the level where it was most intrusive and annoying.
• At times, the maps become overloaded with projectiles, bodies, and other general garbage. This leads to projectile-based weapons (Spiker, Carbine, Plasma Rifle) to no longer function. This may not be fixable with the current sandbox design.
• The localized text changes have only been implemented in English (my native tongue) and there are currently no plans to translate to the other 11 language options.
• Terminal text on The Ark, The Covenant, Cortana, and Halo will sometimes not display on multiplayer.
• The 1st Person Mongoose on The Ark works correctly on singleplayer when riding as a passenger and a marine is driving, however this functionality does not appear to work on multiplayer with a player driving and riding passenger.
• Spiker fires at weird angles (at least on Cortana), might be tied to projectile origin setting
• Vehicles that appear unintended on various missions are not enterable (Warthog on Sierra 117, Mongoose on Cortana) and this should be changed to allow players to enter vehicles on any map
• Carbine firing often leads to the player dying upon use. Changes to the projectile origin will be tested to see if this can be fixed
