Open your Steam then install Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer. Place the "AS" folder in your steam installation under "Steam\SteamApps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer\" and restart Steam to have it appear on the games list.
The mod requires Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer to be installed.
If not, make sure you're using the same drive Steam is installed on and ensure that you extracted the folders correctly. (e.g. "SteamApps/sourcemods/AS")
Please Installation X:\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods\ IF YOU ARE STEAM PLAY. (Place the "Sourcemods" folder in your steam installation under "Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods\")
