A simple skill.cfg edit that aims to make combat quicker and more exciting.

I assume skill.cfg only accepts whole numbers, so in order to reduce limb damage, bumped the torso damage multiplier up to x2 and designed everything with that in mind. Functionally, limbs take half damage and heads take double damage.
HEAD - 4x Damage
TORSO - 2x Damage
LIMB - 1x Damage
Note: The player's head damage multiplier is based on the current difficult mode.
