Any boon you pick up (non Hermes/Chaos) regardless of boon, will contain boons from any god at random, while still appearing to be from the same god.
God keepsakes will not change the boon offerings, but they will affect rarity values (e.g. Adamant Arrowhead on an Artemis boon will increase rarity, even if no boons offered are Artemis boons)
Boon priority is unaffected with respect to core boons and status ailments, as in the normal game. It's just which core boon and which status ailment shown will be random.
