   Guys be careful, on the newest update this mod causes the game to be unplayable and it kicks you out and doesnt let you save, possibly corrupting the save data. Do not download

   Whenever I try using this mod, I get an error when I import:
   
   Mods/MoreDarknessForHeat/modfile.txt
   There was a critical error, now attempting to display the error

   Any clue as to why? I'm using the most recent version of the Windows version of the Mod Importer, and when I try using the Python version I get this:

      Getting the same error here, hope to know if I'm doing something wrong, if it's imcompatible with something or if it needs to be fixed.

      If you still having trouble heres what i did to get it to work. Go into the MoreDarknessForHeat mod folder -> go into the modfile text document  -> delete the whole first line so that all it says is:   Import "Scripts" -> run mod importer and it should clear that error

   This mod is excellent and, in addition with one of the mirror of night mods, at least partially succeeds in extending interest in the gameplay loop to the postgame. Of the 220 hours I've got down on the game, 140 of those came from this mod and a mirror of night edit; there wouldn't have been a reason to continue through the postgame without it.
   
   Wish there was something to do with all the other excess resources too

      With all those resources, you could use them on the House Contractor or the Research Director
