Revamps the Flurry Fire upgrade to reflect its internal name more accurately (GunMinigunTrait)
Changes
Fire rate is slightly faster
Shots are slightly less accurate
Magazine size is increased from +6 ammo to 2.5x ammo
Each bullet deals 20% less damage
This makes the rail more "minigun" style instead of being just a slight overall buff
