Current capabilities:

Make a weapon aspect have an identical appearance to that of another aspect
Make all property changes that affect trait A also affect trait B the same way (kudos to PonyWarrior)
Ensure that a trait is incompatible with another trait
Allow a trait to fulfill upgrade progression requirements just the same as another trait
Clone a trait
