      install it into Documents/Activision/Gun/Saves

   The items provided by this mod will become unavailable after Mission 8, Where Colton and two accomplices from Empire investigate a farm. You will be able to complete all side missions up to this point with the NG+ equipment. You will lose access to your items upon the beginning of the next main mission.

      It's an unfortunate way of how the game works. If I could work around it, I certainly would.
