I want to apply the color change mod to any slot number, but I don't know how to do it.
How can I change the data to apply the mod to any slot?

So i haven't been on Nexus for Strive stuff in quite a while and Just Now saw your post and i am So, SO sorry for the delay.  In case you or anyone else is still curious, or it helps you with customizing mods for other Unreal games, here's how to do that.  Unfortunately, unless something has changed within the past 2 years, it is an Incredibly tedious process to change a mod's color slot.  if you unpack the .pak file you'll see that the actual texture files are inside a chain of folders and the names of those folders determines which character and color slot are being replaced.  For instance, Giovanna's 02 color would keep the textures files in 'Paks/Chara/GIO/Costume01/Materials/Color02', and that entire folder chain would be compressed into a .pak file. To change the color slot, you need to re-pack the mod, but rename the 'Color02' folder to 'Color##' for whichever slot you want to replace.  In theory you should be able to use UModel to just unpack the mod, rename the folder, and re-pack it, but i have Never gotten that to work.  For some reason I always have to load the textures  into UE4Editor, re-cook the textures, place those new copies into the folder chain for the character/slot you want, and pack That.

If you want a thorough step-by-step guide on it, I would recommend the GG Strive modding guide here on nexus since it explains each step and provides links to the programs you would need (they're all free).  Changing a color slot uses the same exact process as making a whole new mod but instead of using photoshop to edit the textures yourself, you're pulling the textures from a finished mod and packing them up as if you had just edited them. It is an enormous pain in the ass, but once you get the steps down it only takes about 5 minutes to do the whole process.

Again, sorry for being literally Years late with the answer :(
