Просто создайте папку "~mods" по этому пути \steam\steamapps\common\GUILTY GEAR STRIVE\RED\Content\Paks\
Должно получиться вот так C:\steam\steamapps\common\GUILTY GEAR STRIVE\RED\Content\Paks\~mods
Переместите туда два файла и запускайте игру

::Как удалить мод::
Просто удалите два файла мода в папке ~mods

мод сделан игроком LazalynTitov
