Plague Doctor skin with 2K textures, usable for your SAMP character.
Default model as maccer.dff/maccer.txd. fully compatible with any other skins, you just need to rename it to your desired model.
Step-by-step install:
1. Open gta3.img with any img tool program(im using IMG Factory) located in your game directory/model
2. Replace "maccer.dff" and "maccer.txd"
3. Rebuild or save gta3.img and lunch game
4. You can load model with "skin selector" mod in game
(OPTIONAL): you can rename it to any other skin model as well. it's compatible with any other skin model in game
