    I'm new to this, how do i install it? can't i just use modloader?

      i thought that was what we needed to do.
      it should work there, it has dff and txd files but idk about the jpegs,

    I would laugh if GTA 6 comes out and she doesn't even look anything like what we thought. 
    But anyways is this the definitive edition, I don't think it is but the page description isn't loading on my pc
