The save doesn't work on me either. I'm seeing a "BMX" save file and when i'm loading it, it starts me at the beginning of the game, with nothing done. It's like having a save instead of pressing "start a new game" The file i've extracted has the name GTASAsf1.b EDIT: I downloaded another mod, the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas FIXER PACK (STEAM) and everything works on the save file now. I'm spawned in CJ's house with all the gear from the completed challenges, spawning in the kitchen.
I tried three or four times now and it doesn't seem to work. None of the tags are done, and I start out at the airport. Something I'm doing wrong? I overwrote my existing save file in Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
