- Story missions.

- Zero RC missions.


Property:
- Purchase all 24 Properties.

- Purchase all 5 Hotel Suites.


Learn all new moves from the three gyms:
- The Ganton Gym features a Boxing trainer.
(Available after completing Drive-Thru)

- The Cobra Marital Arts Gym features a Kung Fu trainer.
(Available after completing Drive-Thru)
However, entering it before The Green Sabre is completed will give you a 4-star wanted level.

- The Below the Belt Gym features a Muay Thai trainer.
(Available after completing Drive-Thru)
However, entering it before Yay Ka-Boom-Boom is completed will give you a 4-star wanted level.


Ammu-Nation Shooting Ranges:
- Stage 1: Pistol Challenge (Available after Doberman)

- Stage 2: Micro SMG Challenge (Available after Doberman)

- Stage 3: Shotgun Challenge (Available after The Green Sabre)

- Stage 4: AK47 Challenge (Available after completing Yay Ka-Boom-Boom)


Schools:
- Back to School: Get at least Bronze medal in all tests
(Available after completing Deconstruction)


Boat School:
Get at least Bronze medal in all tests
(Available after completing Deconstruction)
However, the school is just outside of the area that would give you a 4-star wanted level, so one can take a boat to the school.
All courses can be completed without attaining a wanted level except for the final challenge which starts in locked-off territory,
but the wanted level will vanish once the mission is completed.


Bike School: Get at least Bronze medal in all tests
(Available after completing Deconstruction)
However, entering it before Yay Ka-Boom-Boom is completed will give you a 4-star wanted level.


Pilot School:
(Available after completing Verdant Meadows and it's required to complete all the lessons with at least Bronze medals to continue the storyline)


Wang Cars:
(Available for sale after completing Yay Ka-Boom-Boom, the completion of Driving School and you receive a phone call from Jethro)

- Quarry Missions: complete all 7 missions (Available after completing Explosive Situation)

- Trucking: complete all 8 missions (Available after completing Tanker Commander)

- Valet: complete Level 5 (Available after completion of the mission 555 We Tip)

- Freight Train: complete Level 2 (Available after completing Yay Ka-Boom-Boom)
