Image 11 should be image 12 and vice versa. Since the progressions goes: on, off, on, off, on, off... until this one which is off and on. Probably others, not looking further. change looks great, gonna try it :)
Since the uploader chose to mix up the before and after screenshots it's confusing as to which is which. You're supposed to just start with "before," then "after," and KEEP IT that way. As far as I can tell though, all the images where people are glowing radioactively are the "after" shots.
