You must download and install ReShade and newest ENB from links in description and focus installation steps. Then when you extract rar from here (mod) you get folder named "Cinematic Version", all files inside you must copy to GTA V main folder where gtaV.exe is. Launch game and in main menu enter HOME on keybord. Reshade menu will show up. Skip tutorial and under reshade settings you got 2 arrows (left and right) click left arrow. It will switch you to Default Preset (Preset of this mod - it's not named Cinematic like you was thinking). Now all should be like in video and you dont must do anything more in reshade.
I know this answer is much too late but I like this mod and maybe someone will have same issue like us that this reply can resolve.

Edit: looking at your video mine doesn't' seem to be the same, the archive includes
enbseries folder

enblocal.ini
DefaultPreset.ini
Nothing called Cinematic in there
