      sparkiv is trash. use openiv
      
      rename WEAPONS.ivaud to WEAPONS
      
      open openiv, navigate to GTA IV/pc/audio/sfx/resident.rpf then open the RESIDENT folder, click edit mode, then replace WEAPONS with the one you just renamed, then click edit mode again. 
      You're all set

      you download spark iv (compatible one) and you replace the file in audio/sfx/resident.rpf/, there you can see weapon.ivaud make sure you backup.

      it should work, hope it works if not try searching a bit on google you might find it.

   I love the idea of this mod.
   I am having a difficult time installing with SparkIV.
   Also I can't find the weapons file to replace. Any Help?
