This mod began as a personal fun project to replace the default bottom-right “Social Club Online/Offline” neon indicator in GTA IV with my own “Winlator” label while using emulation. Later, I turned it into a PSD template so others can easily customize the neon sign text.
Most people here probably know what they’re doing, but this note is just in case someone needs a little extra help

Instructions:
Open the PSD and change the text however you want. Ideally, export two versions — one for online and one for offline. (I was lazy and just made mine always show online 😅)
In OpenIV, go to Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\textures\frontend_360.wtd
Inside, you’ll see two textures: neon and neon_offline. Replace both with your custom ones.
Save it and you’re done.
I’ve included my Winlator version and the font I used too if you want a quick start. Have fun modding!
