    i dont understand...i extract and game dont work anymore :(

      Make sure u extracted correct and only u need drop this files into the gta iv folder

    Need help.  Downloaded, unzipped and got folder GTA IV Alek's Ultimate Steam Edition-424-FINAL-1712187681.  Inside there is two folders, one says plugin and one says update.  I put both folders in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV and nothing happens.  I put the contents of both folders in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV and the game will go to title screen but will not load the game, locks up.  New install with a very early saved game from steam.  Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

      Try to Unzipp again the file, when i unzipped the name was other, maybe the unzipp are corrupted.

      May delete this files may help, i think that the crashes is a problem of this mod.

      Ahh didn't extract correctly for some reason.  Never seen that before.  Everything is there now and it seems to be working.  Thank you!

    Something in this package is causing my game to crash to desktop. Sometimes the crash may happen after 5 minutes of gametime and sometimes after 1 hour. It's random but it may happen during the ending of a tough mission. I had to reinstall the game and ignore this mod.

      U can try again with the fresh install maybe its a conflict with other file that u download before

      thanks for the suggestion but already tried 2 fresh installs and this is the first mod i download for this game.

      But if really dosent work this modpack, i recomend only install the Fusion Fix. Its the best mod in general

    Wait I downloaded this and am confused, How do I install these? I looked for a guide but couldnt find one, I tried to just drag and drop but now the game doesnt work at all now, i have 0 clue how to do this.

      Just drag and drop in this root C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV

      And thats it

    Changing radio station crashes my game now. This collection has been brilliant up until now, has there been a stealth update to GTA 4?

      Just delete this 2 files in the folder "plugins"

    I think you forgot to add the compatible files with various fixes from MVI because comrades bar´s door is not transparent.

      Also Console Visuals have been updated to 1.6 version which add more console weapon animations files.
      I think you should add them too.

    after installing the game wont let me put 4k resolution , max is 1024 or somthing like that , and the game is not fullscreen , its narrow :(

      This are my parameters in steam

      -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 3076.0 -Width 1920 -Height 1080

      Maybe can help with your problem

      JUST CHANGE THE WIDTH AND THE HEIGHT

    I'm having problems here:
     
     Steam edition of EFLC, clean install.

    It used to launch regularly, but as soon as i dragged and dropped the .rar contents inside the GTAIV folder, the game refuses to launch.
    For instance, I start GTA from Steam, Steam runs R* launcher, R* launcher closes and steam reports GTA from "running" to "play". No GTAIV window ever appear.

    I'm also using these steam parameters, as I read in the comments:

     -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 8192.0 -Width 1920 -Height 1080

    Am I doing anything wrong???

      Oh i dont know why, u can try to reinstall gta iv, this maybe could help
